Simple Keto Soup—Slow Cooker/Crock Pot Recipe
KISS – Keep it Simple Sweetie. Use what you have on hand! Work in more vegetables into your diet. Soup makes it so easy to do! We used:
- Grass-Fed Beef
- Ground Turkey, Jennie-0
- Beef Bone Broth (or stock)
Lower Carb Veggies:
- Celery
- Portobello mushrooms
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Green beans
Do this:
Brown the meat, and then put all ingredients into the slow cooker/crock pot
Cook on HIGH for approx. 4 hours
Season to taste. Top with some guacamole or sour cream.
NOTE: I usually add some of Dr. Axe’s protein powder to a serving too. (Ancient Nutrition; Multi Collagen Protein)
