Ingredients

1 Head Cauliflower

2 Heads Broccoli
Directions
Cut and add to slow cooker/crock pot
Drizzle with Olive Oil (Extra-Virgin, First Cold Pressed)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook on High for 2.5-3 hours. Stir occasionally.
