Grass-Fed Liver —SUPER Food— & Onions! Slow Cooker/Crockpot Recipe
When was the last time you had liver? This slow cooker/crockpot recipe makes it SO easy!
Create a habit of cooking/eating liver —a nutrient-dense super food!
- 1 LB Grass Fed Liver, cut in short strips
- 2-3 white onions, sliced
- 1 cup beef bone broth or beef stock
- 3-4 garlic cloves sliced
- S&P
Lightly grease bottom of crock with avocado oil (or butter)
Place ALL ingredients in the crock
Cook on HIGH 2-4 hours
Tip:
-Cut liver when it is still slightly frozen; it will be easier to manage and cut.
