Easy-Peasy Potatoes & Onions – A Crowd Pleaser!
This recipe comes together quickly and simply. It is a hearty side or it can even be a main course when you do a veggie day! Delicious, wholesome, comfy food – try it this week!
- 5-6 white potatoes cut into ¼ inch slices (peeled or unpeeled!)
- 2 onions cut into thick slices or wedges
- 3-4 garlic gloves, pressed
- ¼ cup of salted butter
- salt and pepper
-1/3 cup beef broth (optional)
Do this:
Add all of the above ingredients into your slow cooker/crock pot and stir.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
I used a 7-Qt Slow cooker/Crock pot. If you use a smaller slow cooker, they may need to cook a little longer.)
Serve. Sit back and take-in all the compliments to the chef!
