Only four ingredients and a definite crowd pleaser!
A good hoppy beer adds a great taste to the meat. The meat is good in sandwiches and over rice and pasta.
Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) bottle beer

½ cup butter (not margarine)

1 package dry onion soup mix

2-3 lbs chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
Directions
Pour beer into a slow cooker/crock pot
Add butter and onion soup mix. Stir.
Place chicken into slow cooker/crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
Using two forks, shred the meat.
