Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost, minus a $4.99 restocking fee per item.  If you are unsure if the product will fit your slow cooker, please test it before removing it from the packaging. The product and original packaging must be intact in order to receive a refund. Testing the product does not require removal of packaging.

A return authorization code is required on all returns. If you need to return an item, please contact info@lidpocket.com for a return authorization code.

You should receive an exchange or refund within four weeks (or quicker) of giving your package to the return shipper.
