Slow Cooker/Crock Pot — Beer Pulled Chicken


Super Bowl Sunday! Beer Pulled Chicken!

Only four ingredients and a definite crowd pleaser!

A good hoppy beer adds a great taste to the meat.  The meat is good in sandwiches and over rice and pasta.


-1 (12 ounce) bottle beer

-½ cup butter (not margarine)
-1 package dry onion soup mix
-2-3 lbs chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)

Do this:

-Pour beer into a slow cooker/crock pot.

-Add butter and onion soup mix. Stir.

-Place chicken into slow cooker/crock pot.

-Cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.

-Using two forks, shred the meat.

Season to taste.
