This slow cooker fudge is so easy and oh-so delicious!
It makes a lot of candy so make sure you have several cookie sheets with wax paper ready to place your candy on.
This makes for a great Christmas present, Valentine’s Day gift or a just-because present. I like to place mine in a pretty tin or clear cookie jar with a big festive bow!
One note I make sure I point out is not to lift the lid during cooking. I know it may be tempting to peer down at this luscious, chocolate’y goodness, but hold your pretty lil horses! Lifting the lid on any slow cooker dish will add 20-30 minutes to the cooking time.
1 jar (16oz) dry roasted unsalted peanuts
1 jar (16oz) dry roasted salted peanuts
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar (4 oz.) German Chocolate – broken into pieces
3 squares White Bark – broken into pieces
Put ingredients into a 4 or 5 quart slow cooker in the order listed. Cover and cook for 3 hours on low.
DO NOT REMOVE LID DURING THIS TIME.
Turn off and cool slightly (I don’t stir immediately). Then stir to mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool thoroughly. (Approximately 170 pieces)
