This is a great tailgating recipe for crock pots, slow cookers! Easy to make and so good! Party on!
3 Pounds chicken wings
1 Cup honey
1/2 Cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tablespoons ketchup w/out HFCS (I use Annie’s Naturals Organic; or Simply Heinz)
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 Teaspoons minced ginger
Salt And Pepper To Taste
-Put chicken wings in the crock and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
-Pour mixture over wings and cover well.
-Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
-Optional: The last 20 minutes: remove some of the liquids using a ladle. Let it cook uncovered.
