GAME DAY! Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Reuben Dip –
BRING IT!
Beef, cheese and more cheese — party on with this fun and simple dip!
- 1.5 Cups grated Swiss Cheese
- ¾ Cup drained sauerkraut
- ½ Cup Thousand Island
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- ½ pound thinly sliced corned beef; chopped
- 1 small onion; finely chopped
- Optional: 3 T Horseradish
Do This:
- Spray crock w/non-stick spray
- Mix all ingredients and add to the crock
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours (cooking times will vary)
- Stir occasionally
- Serve with Rye bread; Triscuits or bagel slices
- ENJOY!
